What material do we use?
Our PLA filament is formulated for enhanced performance, offering excellent strength, low weight, and added flexibility. It maintains the biodegradability and ease of printing typical of standard PLA, while delivering superior mechanical properties.
What Information is needed?
- Basic sketches with key dimensions, a 2D CAD file, or a 3D model of the design.
- We accept a variety of common file formats, including DWG, DXF, STL, STEP, IGES, and OBJ.

The lead time for your 3D printing project will depend on the complexity and size of the design. However, we strive to deliver 3D printed samples within 7 days of receiving the request.

Our 3D Printing Process: A Quick Overview
Check and Prepare 3D Model for Printing – We check files received and provide lead times and cost for 3D printed samples based on complexity. Upon agreement and receipt of sample order, we prepare the digital 3D model for 3D printing, ensuring accuracy in the final model.
Printing the 3D Sample – Next we set the 3D model up to print and monitor the progress.
Finishing the 3D Print – Once the print is
complete, we refine the model, ensuring a professional and high-quality finish.
Complete Sample with Infill – Our final product includes any necessary infill, reinforcing the structural integrity and ensuring that the prototype meets your design requirements.
