ANEXT GRP is a 5mm gauge heavy-duty aluminium stair tread extender designed for high foot traffic outdoor environments where enhanced slip resistance is desired.

ANEXT GRP is available with GRPTI49.5 Infills. The body of this stair tread extender is available in Mill Aluminium and can be ordered to measure.

This stair tread extender has an interlocking back edge designed to join any of our 5mm gauge aluminium stair nosings with an interlocking feature. The interlocking back edge can also accommodate a ramp extension (ANRE25), or another tread extender (ANEXT GRP).

Matching GRP sheets in 5mm thickness are also available to enhance slip resistance on landings and in areas surrounding staircases. Product code: GRPS.

ANEXT GRP is also available in Mill, Satin and Polished Aluminium finishes with PVC, aluminium or Olympic Grip infills to suit all installations. Product code: ANEXT.

Application

To extend the going cover of heavy duty aluminium stair nosings with GRP inserts which have an interlock feature at the back edge. Can be used in combination with ANRE25 Ramp Detail to finish the nose edge of stone and timber stairs and stairs fitted with ceramics and hard flooring.Installation guide available.
