Email: This is the primary method for all orders. Please include the following details: order information, invoice address, delivery address, purchase order number/reference, and required date.
Telephone: We accept phone orders for stock profile orders only. When calling, please confirm your required delivery or collection date.
In-Person: You can place an order directly at our trade counter in Bedfordshire.
Delivery to England, mainland Scotland, and Wales is free of charge (FOC). For non-mainland UK and international destinations, a £20 postage fee applies.
We offer: Light Bronze as an alternative to Antique Brass; Bronze as an alternative to Antique Bronze. We also often recommend Satin as an alternative to Brushed Brass, Satin Chrome as an alternative to Designer Satin.
We do not have international distributors, but we do ship internationally. Our sales team will be happy to assist.

We offer free carriage to the UK and Scotland Lowlands on orders over £300 (excluding VAT). For other destinations, carriage costs are provided on a quotation basis. Please note, orders below the minimum threshold incur a carriage charge of £18.50.
Additionally, a site surcharge of £10 applies for deliveries to non-standard business addresses. For dedicated courier services or specific delivery requirements, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
