KSP6 – PVC
KSP6 uPVC ramp top profiles are designed to adjoin two floors at different level.
KSP6 top profiles are installed using uPVC bases with interlocking barb design for height adjustment when tops are secured. Product references: KB1, KB2 and KB3.
When installing runs over 2.715m, always overlap top joints by a minimum of 150 mm over base joints.
The selected base is fitted to the subfloor & floor coverings are then installed allowing for natural expansion. The top profile is then clipped over the base to the desired height, covering the expansion & protecting the raw edge of the flooring.
KSP6 contains up to 30% recycled factory waste streams.

Application
Installed in combination with chosen base where the edge of the floor coverings requires protection and where one covering is 9mm to 10mm higher than the other. The base is firmly affixed to the substrate floor then KSP3 top pressed down over it to engage interlock feature between the two profiles. Can be formed to curves on site to a minimum radius of 1500mm when installed with either KB1, KB2 or KB3 bases. For use with timber, laminates, ceramics, stone, carpet and carpet tiles.
